Have you ever been any sort of Law Enforcement on ArmA 3 role play before? Yes, I was Chief of Police for Crownpoint Roleplay some time ago.

If you answered yes to the above question, provide some information on what you were and what you did: Under that job, I had quite a bit of experience with developing the APD for the server. I created rosters, made guidelines, decals, and uniform models from scratch, and ended up even bolstering a military response force to act separately solely for terrorist activity. Aside from general development, I was also in charge of monitoring abuse of power, fines, and upheld a firm demerit system that kept the growing APD in check.

Why do you want to join the APD? (150 Words): I would like to join the APD in order to help maintain a decent ratio of enforcer:civilian. I enjoy helping people, and through this job, I might be able to bring that much more peace to a server divided by gangs and cliques. I enjoy the server quite a bit, so naturally, I feel as if this is my way of giving back to the community by providing a level-headed perspective for the law-enforcement. Given this, I would like to help in more ways than just patrol operations, perhaps with a demerit system and resource/asset management, considering this server is still fairly new. Whether or not this service is needed, I will be content with simply being watchful eyes over Altis, attempting to keep peace while following standard operating procedures to the best of my ability. I also look forward to strengthening my bond with other players in the community that I only ever encounter through the law currently. The new personalities and experiences will surely help to strengthen my ability to serve.

What do you hope to obtain by joining the APD? (100 Words): I hope to gain a better sense of leadership. However, since a cadet doesn't quite start out with weighty responsibilities regarding the chain of command, I will also learn how to follow quite a bit better. Everything is a learning experience, and I intend to make the most out of working for the APD for this server. Aside from that, the satisfaction for filling a unique and essential role in the community is enough to satisfy my wish to serve for Altis. Overall, I do believe that I might learn a few things about management and recruiting, considering the age of the server. Both of wish I am ready and willing to do if need be.
